As you can see on there, THE MOVIE IS FINISHED! YAY!

I will be using that for all the major updates, and the Facebook-page for all the smaller ones. Sorry for the hassle! But the blog is still good for going into the origins of the film ;)

However I will say that the WORLD PREMIERE of Récompence is taking place at 11 September 2010, at Den Stora Filmdagen in Alingsås (Sweden). Everyone should check it out and meet me there!

I will update this entire site slightly later on with info about Récompence as well as new pictures!

Jesus crap, I'm sure terrible at updating this site. What has happened since April? Well, I started writing Récompence around April 18th, and one month after that (May 22nd-23rd) we filmed the movie up in the woods here in Munkfors.

The movie is a black and white art film, heavily inspired by Nacho Cerdà's Genesis, but also by movies such as Evil Dead, I Spit On Your Grave, Extase de Chair Brisée, Un Chien Andalou, and the New York movement known as the Cinema of Transgression.

This past weekend I was at Den Magiska Biodagen, a film festival here in Sweden and had a table selling my DVD. Sales didn't go all that well, but so far everyone is happy with what they got. Below you can find a picture from the festival.
